Governance and user-friendliness often conflict – you bring them into balance. You are responsible for the collaboration platform both strategically and technically. You plan and execute migrations from legacy systems in a structured manner without compromising data integrity. Automation with PowerShell and Graph API significantly reduces manual effort. And because adoption should be measurable, you work with metrics and feedback loops.
Responsibilities:
You manage the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of the M365 platform and enforce governance frameworks
You monitor platform health, usage and compliance and align governance with regulatory requirements
You accelerate user acceptance through launch campaigns, training and champion networks
You create site templates, deployment scripts and automated governance workflows with PnP PowerShell
You coordinate migrations to M365, define playbooks and support user communication
Additionally, you translate operational requirements into platform solutions and document architectural decisions comprehensibly
Qualifications:
You have experience in designing and implementing M365 adoption programmes including change management
You are familiar with SharePoint Online architecture, site design and information architecture at enterprise scale
You work confidently with PnP PowerShell for automation, deployment and governance
You are familiar with the Microsoft Graph API and use it for integrations and reporting
You know M365 administration and governance tools as well as Power Apps and Power Automate from practical experience
You communicate excellently in English, German is a plus, and proactively identify acceptance gaps
