Property Accountant Rental Properties & Condominium Ownership (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you have control of the numbers and bring your expertise in property accounting. You take on varied tasks with your own area of responsibility and actively shape the working day. Responsibilities:
You independently manage property accounting
You are responsible for accounts payable and payment transactions
You manage accounts receivable and support debt collection
You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements
You prepare budgets for condominium owners' associations
You prepare annual accounts and financial statements for rental properties and condominiums
You implement new properties when mandates are acquired
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or equivalent training
Solid professional experience in property accounting
Experience with rental properties, condominium ownership and financial statement work
Knowledge of RIMO R5 and/or GARAIO REM is an advantage
Very good German language skills
