The extracurricular domain is expanding and offering new places for care. The mission of extracurricular activities focuses on developing children's social skills and community life. Extracurricular structures are located in the heart of neighbourhoods, close to schools. They provide quality socio-educational supervision.
To cover absences and strengthen educational teams, we are looking for supervisory staff with activity rates between 25% and 45%, on fixed-term contracts.

A certified training in the field is not necessary: we are primarily looking for reliable, committed people who are comfortable working in a team and have a genuine interest in supporting children.

Main Mission(s)
Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the educational line, respecting the overall vision
Participate in the implementation of socio-educational projects and the organisation of institutional life
Contribute to the individualised support approach in connection with the child's abilities or needs
Collaborate in prevention actions with the group of children
Participate in reflections related to the evolution of the educational line
Respond to specific administrative tasks
Profile
Pedagogical experience in the educational field
Proficiency in French, spoken and written (level C1)
Knowledge of community management, with at least 6 months of experience
Interest in education and youth supervision
Aptitude for teamwork, collaborative personality
Adaptability, dynamism, flexibility and autonomy
Special Conditions
Clean criminal record (ordinary and special)
Split hours over 4 days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
