We are a leading company in the food industry, committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability. Our focus is on providing our customers with high-quality products while promoting sustainable practices throughout our entire supply chain. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an experienced Group Controlling & Reporting Specialist who will elevate our reporting to the next level and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting: Preparation of consolidated financial reports according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER for management and external stakeholders.
  • Controlling: Conducting variance analyses and developing measures to ensure financial target achievement.
  • Data analysis: Using LucaNet and Power BI to analyse and visualise financial data to support informed decision-making.
  • Consolidation: Supporting the consolidation of company figures at group level.
  • Process optimisation: Identifying and implementing improvements in existing reporting processes and systems.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts as well as regular monitoring and analysis of financial data.

    • Qualifications:

  • Education: Completed training in finance, ideally with further education in controlling or financial management.
  • Professional experience: Several years of experience in controlling and reporting, preferably in an international environment within the food industry.
  • Expertise: Sound knowledge of accounting according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER.
  • IT skills: Very good knowledge of LucaNet and Power BI, as well as other common financial and reporting tools.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and a structured way of working.
  • Language skills: Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
