Project Manager Architecture with Execution Experience (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Architecture for the independent planning and execution of demanding construction projects with high design and quality standards. You will accompany projects through several SIA phases and combine architectural design with sound constructive and executional understanding. A focus lies on execution planning, project coordination as well as BIM/3D planning with Archicad. You will work closely with clients, authorities, specialist planners and other project participants.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of demanding architectural projects from design to execution
Control and coordination of projects across relevant SIA phases, especially in execution and realisation planning
Development of execution, detail and construction plans considering design, technical and economic requirements
Application of Archicad, 3D planning and BIM for model-based project processing and coordination
Coordination of specialist planners and experts and ensuring planning interfaces between various disciplines
Coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners and executing companies during project processing
Development and assessment of construction details, materialisations and technical solutions for demanding construction projects
Ensuring deadlines, planning quality and cost awareness within the responsible project areas
Review and coordination of planning bases, specialist planner documents and execution details
Support of approval and execution processes considering relevant building regulations and SIA standards
Participation in the further development of BIM processes, planning standards and digital project management
Qualifications:
University degree as Architect ETH/FH or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in an architectural office in Switzerland, especially in execution and realisation planning
Sound knowledge in construction, detailing and execution planning of demanding building projects
Very good user knowledge of Archicad as well as 3D/BIM planning
Good knowledge of SIA phases, SIA standards and Swiss building and approval procedures
Experience in coordinating specialist planners, authorities and clients
Very good German language skills spoken and written
