Assembly Manager Refrigeration Systems (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Responsibilities:
You independently take on the assembly of refrigeration systems - from the first screw to successful commissioning
You coordinate the construction site and ensure that all trades and companies work hand in hand
You manage subcontractors and instruct supporting auxiliary staff to ensure everything runs smoothly
You are responsible for your projects - from meeting deadlines to the efficient use of working hours
You take care of material procurement and ensure that everything is always at the right place at the right time
You keep an eye on quality and ensure safe and proper implementation on the construction site
You commission the refrigeration systems and ensure they function optimally
You hand over the systems to the customers and provide professional instruction on their use
Qualifications:
You have completed technical training in refrigeration technology (apprenticeship, foreman, technical school or HTL) and are willing to continuously develop yourself
You are well versed in project management and can competently guide subcontractors
You have manual skills and think logically - you master tricky tasks confidently
You understand complex MSR processes and can comprehend technical procedures
You hold a class B driving licence and are flexible in your mobility
You have assertiveness and can hold your own even in demanding situations
You have a very good command of the German language and can express yourself clearly and understandably
