Medical Assistant in Hospital Outpatient Follow-up (M/F) / Permanent
Looking for a new challenge in a specialised and stimulating medical environment?UniQue Human Resources is seeking a Medical Assistant to join an innovative project aimed at facilitating patients' return home through appropriate outpatient medical follow-up.
You will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring patients, working closely with doctors.
Our agency specialises in recruiting and placing healthcare staff. We offer all types of contracts, from temporary assignments to permanent positions, tailored to your skills and aspirations.
What we offer:
- Start date: 1st November 2026
- Activity rate: 80%
- Contract type: Permanent position preferred, possibility of long-term assignment
- Possible hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays + Wednesday and Thursday mornings
- Work in tandem with a doctor
- Varied role combining patient contact, medical coordination and administration
Your duties:
- Welcome, guide and ensure the administrative follow-up of patients
- Organise and coordinate medical consultations
- Participate in the follow-up of patients after their emergency visits
- Participate in the follow-up of patients on long-term antibiotic therapy
- Write and format medical reports and correspondence
- Manage and update clinical records and data
- Carry out administrative procedures related to outpatient stays
- Participate in billing services
- Ensure activation and use of telemedicine tools
- Collaborate with various professionals involved in the care pathway
Your profile:
- Mandatory medical assistant training
- Experience in a medical or hospital environment preferred
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Very good command of French
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of welcome
- Ability to work closely with medical staff
- Autonomy, rigour, responsiveness and discretion
