About the job
Helping those who help Première ligne to grow
To complete its support team, made up of one person responsible for administration, salaries and finances, in connection with the fiduciary, as well as an assistant, Première ligne is looking for someone wishing to put their HR experience and relational intelligence at the service of those who bring its schemes to life on a daily basis.
In a humanly demanding environment, marked by addictions, precariousness, harm reduction, housing, prevention and social and health support, the teams need a Human Relations function that is close to the field, structuring and accessible.
Supporting the management and coordination of the association's six schemes, you know how to create a climate of trust, truly listen, ask the right questions and help each person find their own solutions, without taking over or substituting for the responsibilities of the managers.
You intervene tactfully in sensitive situations: tensions, conflicts, exhaustion, long absences, managerial difficulties or psychosocial risks, also knowing when to alert if the framework or safety requires it.
Our association
Première ligne is a private association active in the field of harm reduction related to drugs. It has more than 100 collaborators spread across six schemes:
Quai 9, a reception and consumption space; Le Sleep-In, a night reception scheme with the possibility of consumption; Le Pôle de valorisation, offering psychosocial support; Nuit Blanche, harm reduction action in festive environments; L'Adresse, a housing access scheme; La Tangente, support for incarcerated persons.
The actions carried out aim notably to reduce the risks of transmission of HIV, hepatitis and other infections, to fight against social exclusion and to establish links with people who do not necessarily frequent traditional social or healthcare structures.
Your mission
- Be a resource person for management, coordinators and teams, without direct hierarchical authority;
- Support reflection, cooperation and the search for solutions in complex situations;
- Accompany sensitive situations related to tensions, conflicts, long absences, managerial difficulties or psychosocial risks;
- Contribute to skills development, training, exchange of practices, knowledge transfer and internal mobility;
- Develop the HR framework, processes, prevention and occupational health with rigour, without unnecessarily bureaucratising the organisation;
- Help strengthen Première ligne’s robustness while preserving its agility and creativity.
Profile sought
- Proven experience in an HR role, ideally in a social, health, associative or institutional environment;
- Strong mastery of HR processes and their legal and regulatory implications, demonstrated by relevant training;
- Excellent listening skills, ability to create trust and discernment in sensitive situations;
- Ability to support without substituting, to support without taking control and to structure without controlling;
- Understanding of the realities of social and health professions, or strong ability to grasp them;
- Relational courage, sense of framework, empathy and ability to alert when safety or organisation requires it.
We are looking for someone capable of exercising leadership through trust, quality of relationships and the ability to make others succeed.
What we offer
We offer a meaningful mission, serving the population and those most exposed to social and health vulnerabilities. You join a dynamic association, evolving and developing, attentive to preserving a human, stimulating and supportive working environment. Première ligne wishes to take care of those who bring its schemes to life daily, promoting trust, cooperation, prevention and quality of working relationships. The organisation of work also relies on a certain flexibility, allowing to reconcile the demands of the role, the needs of the field and the professional balance of collaborators.
Working conditions
- Activity rate: 80%;
- Role integrated into Première ligne’s support team;
- Demanding working environment, close to teams and field realities;
- Base salary: 6127.8 per month (over 12 months) at 80%
Application
The expected application includes a CV, copies of diplomas as well as a cover letter explicitly linking the expected skills, professional experiences and training followed.
The recruitment process involves a first interview, immersion in the field and a second interview with a practical exercise.
Première ligne is committed to diversity and encourages applications from anyone matching the sought profile.
Only complete applications will be considered.
