Responsibilities:
The core of your work is the monthly payroll processing, which you carry out independently and reliably.
You manage HR administration comprehensively – from onboarding and offboarding to changes and maintaining personnel data in Personio and SwissSalary.
You professionally prepare work certificates and official documents while coordinating administrative processes related to training and further education.
You take responsibility in HR projects and additionally support the planning and execution of employee events.
As a committed contact person, you ensure smooth daily operations and contribute your ideas for the further development of HR processes.
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship forms your foundation.
You have several years of professional experience in a comparable HR generalist or assistant role.
You are familiar with modern HR tools and ideally already have experience with Personio and SwissSalary.
You possess knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law.
You have confident German language skills.
