Project Manager Refrigeration (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist as Project Manager Refrigeration Technology for the planning and realisation of complex industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. You will be responsible for projects from concept and technical design through tendering and realisation to commissioning and develop object-specific solutions for demanding applications. The focus is on natural refrigerants, energy efficiency and sustainable refrigeration systems for sectors such as food production, logistics, pharmaceuticals and retail. The position combines demanding engineering planning with project management, specialist coordination and technical customer consulting.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management and control of refrigeration system projects from conception to handover
Development and design of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems for various application areas
Planning of systems with natural refrigerants, especially considering safety, energy efficiency and environmental requirements
Execution of refrigeration technology calculations, dimensioning and system design
Creation and coordination of schematic diagrams, technical specifications, tenders and planning documents
Development of energy-efficient refrigeration and heat recovery concepts as well as assessment of possible system optimisations
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and technical project goals during planning and realisation
Coordination of customers, specialist planners, suppliers, contractors and authorities
Technical advice to clients on refrigeration systems, natural refrigerants and sustainable system solutions
Technical review of offers, supplier documentation and execution documents
Support during assembly, commissioning, functional testing and acceptance of the planned systems
Ensuring complete project and system documentation and support during handover to operations
Qualifications:
Degree as FH Engineer Building Services, HF Technician Building Services or comparable higher education with a focus on refrigeration
Several years of professional experience in planning and project design of refrigeration systems
Sound knowledge in refrigeration technology, thermodynamic design and system conception
Expertise in handling natural refrigerants and their technical as well as safety-related requirements
Experience in energy efficiency, heat recovery and sustainable refrigeration system concepts
Experience in technical project management, tendering and specialist coordination
Good German language skills for project execution and technical documentation
