Job Description
As a pastry chef, you join the production teams and participate in the creation of various sweet preparations intended for the establishment's clients. You ensure the setup, production and presentation in accordance with recipes, quality standards and hygiene rules. You are also able to adapt quickly to service needs and collaborate effectively with a demanding brigade. Your precision and attention to detail directly contribute to the experience offered to clients.
Profile Sought
You have training in pastry and proven experience in a hotel, gastronomic or high-end environment. Autonomous, organised and meticulous, you enjoy teamwork and know how to be responsive when activity intensifies. Previous experience in a palace or 5-star establishment is a real advantage. Your presentation, professional attitude and adaptability are essential to succeed in these assignments.
