As a Banquet Team Member, On-Call Temporary Staff, you are a valuable part of our 17-strong Brandenberg crew from immediately or by arrangement and work within a 7-person team.
The traditional Brandenberg inn in Zug is well known beyond the cantonal borders and a popular meeting place. The premises include the rustic inn, two banquet halls, and the cosy Wystube. The special highlight: the large garden restaurant with 200 seats. Well-established specialities, hearty weekly hits, varied lunch menus, and an extensive wine selection are served.
Banquet Team Member, On-Call Temporary Staff
Your day with us:
- Responsibility for the well-being of our guests
- Managing a station
- Coordination and administration of reservations
- Preparatory work (mise en place)
- Compliance with work hygiene
How you fit with us:
- Qualification as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ, EBA or equivalent experience
- Good German skills, additional foreign languages are a plus
- A friendly and professional demeanour, with a strong focus on customer orientation
- Passion for gastronomy
- Enjoyment of a lively operation
- Availability for evening shifts as temporary staff
