Export Clerk / Internal Sales

Our client is an exciting, internationally active, rapidly growing SME in the Zug region. To further expand, a person is sought for this newly created position. Are you ready for a new challenge?

Tasks

• Price calculation, creating and following up on offers
• Order acceptance, order planning, order confirmation
• Invoicing and dispatch to the customer
• Preparation of necessary delivery documents and commissioning of the freight forwarder or parcel service
• Determining, creating and assigning documents for export orders to the appropriate departments
• Creating and managing customs documents such as certificates of origin and export accompanying documents
• Handling complaints
• Worldwide coordination
• Correspondence in German and English

Profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship
• 3-5 years of professional experience in internal sales as well as in export processing (mandatory)
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
• Strong customer orientation and great team spirit
