Senior Accountant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
In this versatile finance role, you take responsibility for accurate postings, monthly closings, and high-quality financial data.
You oversee closing processes according to Swiss GAAP and IFRS and support the preparation and validation of individual and consolidated financial statements.
Collaboration with procurement, the shared service centre, and external tax advisors is also part of your duties, as is ensuring efficient financial processes.
You prepare relevant financial information and reporting packages for management and group finance and analyse budget variances.
You identify financial risks and discrepancies, develop recommendations for action, and support the implementation of appropriate corrective measures.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience of around three to four years in accounting or general accounting form the basis for this position.
Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting standards as well as a good understanding of IFRS and international accounting principles distinguish you.
You bring experience in closing processes, financial reporting, and internal controls and enjoy working with various national and international interfaces.
Your analytical and communicative strengths as well as fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
