Financial Accountant Real Estate (m/f/d)

Independent management of the accounting for real estate companies and investment vehicles
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
Calculation of net asset values, financial ratios, and conducting variance analyses
Accounting processing of real estate transactions, construction projects, capital increases, and distributions
Control of property accounting and monitoring of real estate financing
Preparation of liquidity planning, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the CFO
Coordination of taxes, audits, and internal control system (ICS)
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting or comparable finance focus
Professional experience in real estate, fiduciary, fund, or corporate accounting
Good knowledge in financial statement preparation according to OR; Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage
Very good Excel skills and experience with accounting systems, ideally Abacus
Confident German language skills as well as structured, analytical, and very precise working style
