Project Manager Ventilation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Ventilation / Air Conditioning for an established company in the field of HVAC planning and building technology. You will independently plan, design and implement demanding ventilation and air conditioning systems for medium to large construction projects. The focus is on technical system planning, CAD-supported execution planning, specialist coordination as well as cost, schedule and quality control. The position combines technical project management, energy-efficient building technology and specialist site management from concept development to successful system handover.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of ventilation and air conditioning systems for medium to large new build, conversion and renovation projects
Planning and dimensioning of ventilation and air conditioning systems including air volume calculations, duct network dimensioning and pressure loss calculations
Creation of concept, design and execution plans with CAD systems in 2D and 3D, preferably Bausoft HaustechCAD
Development of energy-efficient ventilation and air conditioning concepts considering heat recovery, indoor air quality and energy requirements
Preparation of tenders and tender documents including specifications, technical specifications and offer comparisons
Project controlling and cost management with responsibility for project budgets, scheduling, quality standards and economical project execution
Spatial and technical specialist coordination with architecture, heating, sanitary, electrical planning, building automation and other disciplines
Specialist site management and technical site supervision including execution controls, coordination of installation work and inspection of installation quality
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards and SWKI guidelines as well as legal energy, fire protection and hygiene requirements
Technical coordination with clients, specialist planners and contractors as well as organisation and conduct of project and coordination meetings
Support of commissioning, functional tests and acceptance including defect management, as-built documentation and handover of systems to the client
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner ventilation EFZ with further training as a technician HF building services, HVAC engineer FH or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in planning and project management of ventilation and air conditioning systems
Sound knowledge in specialist site management, execution coordination and technical acceptance of building services systems
Very good CAD skills in 2D and 3D, preferably with Bausoft HaustechCAD
In-depth expertise in ventilation and air conditioning technology, system dimensioning, air volume calculation and energy-efficient building technology
Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, SWKI guidelines as well as relevant fire protection, hygiene and energy requirements
Good German language skills, spoken and written
