Project Manager Interior Architecture (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a Project Manager Interior Architecture / Interior Fit-Out? In this role, you take responsibility for the planning and implementation of interior architecture and interior fit-out projects. You are responsible for coordinating teams and communicating with various stakeholders. Your level of experience as a professional is an important factor for success in this position. You bring your skills and experience to successfully realise demanding projects.
Responsibilities:
- You develop individual solutions from planning to successful handover in the hospitality, gastronomy, and healthcare sectors
- You coordinate internal and external specialist planners, craftsmen, and suppliers
- As project manager, you ensure that deadlines, costs, and quality remain balanced at all times
- You prepare cost calculations according to BKP and NBK
- In this role, you conduct negotiations with customers and partners
- You monitor the implementation of projects up to the finished furnishing
Qualifications:
- You have training in architecture, interior architecture, interior fit-out, or construction, ideally complemented by further training as a project manager or HF technician
- You bring several years of experience in project management in the construction or interior fit-out environment
- You work independently, solution-oriented, and responsibly
- You communicate confidently with customers, specialist planners, and craftsmen
- You have a strong quality awareness and enjoy demanding interior architecture projects
- You have fluent German and English skills are an advantage
