Responsibilities:
- You independently plan and coordinate demanding heating projects
- In this role, you communicate and coordinate directly with project participants and your supervisor
- As a specialist planner, you ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout all project phases
- You prepare professional project documents including execution plans and tenders
- You conduct cost-effectiveness analyses, compare variants, and keep an eye on costs
- During acceptance, handover, and commissioning, you ensure a smooth process
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner specialising in heating
- You already have experience in planning sanitary and ventilation systems
- You convince with your expertise in modern building technology
- BIM is not new to you and you actively shape digital developments
- You are proficient and confident in using MS Office
- Your openness to innovative technologies distinguishes you
