Role:

As a Microsoft 365 Workplace Engineer, you take responsibility for Windows clients and mobile devices and further develop this platform technically. Your most important tool is Microsoft Intune. With it, you implement modern endpoint management concepts in a Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. You replace manual routines with clean automation. In tricky malfunctions, you are the technical contact point others rely on.

Responsibilities:

• You administer Android, iOS, and Windows devices and specifically develop device configurations, compliance rules, and security settings.

• With PowerShell, you automate administrative tasks as well as technical onboarding and offboarding including permissions and licences.

• You package software and distribute applications automatically via Intune.

• Furthermore, you manage quality and feature updates and ensure up-to-date clients with a well-thought-out patch management.

• You analyse complex support cases at 2nd and 3rd level and permanently eliminate recurring problems with root cause analyses.

• Additionally, you optimise SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive, plan changes and migrations, and further develop operational concepts.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in client, workplace, or endpoint engineering form your foundation, ideally at least 3 years.

• You are confident in Microsoft 365 and have a high level of proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows 10.

• You confidently implement concepts such as Mobile Application Management (MAM), MDM, compliance policies, and endpoint security policies in practice.

• Furthermore, you bring experience with Windows Autopilot, update rings, and automated software deployments.

• You approach errors in policies, updates, or deployments in a structured manner and resolve them independently because you understand the interplay of identity, security, and endpoint management.

• Additionally, you work solution-oriented and reliably, express yourself clearly and precisely in German, and manage well in English-speaking conversations.
