Facility Maintenance Specialist (with Development Opportunities) 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the maintenance, care and upkeep of operational infrastructure (e.g. buildings, technical systems, machinery)

• Ensuring functionality, cleaning entrances and exits, stairwells, garages, garden areas and buildings at customer sites

• Carrying out simple inspections, repairs and, if necessary, emergency measures

• Winter service in winter (varied on-call duty) snow clearance at customer sites

• Support in implementing simple safety and quality standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification

• Several years of professional experience in cleaning various materials and surfaces

• Genuine passion for the care and maintenance of buildings and outdoor areas

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written (mandatory)

• Structured, efficient and quality-conscious working style

• High willingness for on-call and winter service duties

• Strong service orientation with a friendly and discreet manner

• Independent and flexible working style as well as excellent teamwork skills

• Driving licence category B with trailer qualification (advantageous)

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Reliability and sense of responsibility
