Role:
A traditional Swiss family business from the food and health sector that develops and produces high-quality products related to enjoyment, nutrition and well-being.

Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for HR and payroll and lead the HR function as a competent point of contact for employees and managers.
From recruitment and contract creation to onboarding and personnel development, you actively shape key HR processes.
You are responsible for the entire payroll and ensure the correct implementation of Swiss labour and social security law requirements.
As an interface between HR, IT and management, you accompany the introduction and further development of HR systems and create meaningful reports for the management level.
Qualifications:
A solid education in HR or business administration as well as relevant professional experience in a comparable HR function form your foundation.
You bring sound knowledge of Swiss payroll as well as labour and social security law.
You are proficient in MS Office and HR applications.
Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of French and Italian are part of your profile.
