Role:
Do you want to actively shape demanding IT infrastructures and support customers as a technical contact? In this role, you take responsibility for implementing modern infrastructure projects, further developing technical standards, and ensuring stable and secure operation of complex IT environments.
Responsibilities:
You implement modern infrastructure and system solutions in project and operational environments.
You ensure standardised, secure, and high-quality configurations.
You support your customers as a technical lead system engineer and assist them with infrastructural issues.
You analyse complex faults, identify causes, and develop sustainable solutions.
You create and maintain technical documentation and operational records.
You actively contribute to defining and further developing technical standards and best practices.
You support customers in requirements analysis and the design of suitable infrastructure and system solutions.
You actively share your knowledge within the team and promote continuous knowledge exchange.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science with a focus on system technology or platform development.
You have at least ten years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure environments.
You possess in-depth knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Microsoft Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, VMware or Veeam.
You work customer-oriented and impress with a high quality awareness.
You act independently, show initiative, and work in a structured manner.
You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills.
