Finance and Accounting Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a company with a social mission located in Zurich-Dietikon, we are looking for a committed individual as part of the insourcing of finance and accounting, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will independently manage the finance and payroll accounting and actively contribute to building the accounting function within the organisation. Through your work, you will make an important contribution to the company’s social mission and actively shape internal processes.

Responsibilities:
You manage ongoing financial accounting including general ledger as well as accounts payable and receivable
You manage cost centre accounting, prepare business analyses and support controlling
You independently prepare or assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
You prepare monthly payroll runs, process them and maintain personnel master data as well as handle vested benefits administration
You take over daily allowance management (UVG/KTG) from claim reporting to payroll reconciliation
You contribute to budget planning, forecasts and liquidity planning
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education as well as advanced training in accounting (e.g. federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting)
You bring several years of practical experience in finance, operational and payroll accounting as well as with digital booking systems
You possess very good MS Office user skills, especially Excel
You communicate confidently in German; good French skills are an advantage
You work independently, precisely, structured and reliably with a pronounced hands-on mentality
