HSE Manager / Specialist – Industry

On behalf of our client, an international industrial group, we are looking for an EHS Specialist to take charge of Health, Safety and Environment matters at a production site in French-speaking Switzerland.

You will be the EHS referent for the site, with a very hands-on role and a high degree of autonomy.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage HSE and environmental activities on site.
• Conduct risk analyses, inspections and audits.
• Handle incidents and action plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with authorities.
• Manage chemical products, waste and emergency situations.
• Deliver training and contribute to the development of safety culture.
• Participate in the deployment and improvement of ISO 14001 / 45001 systems.

Your profile:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in HSE/EHS, ideally in an industrial environment.
• HSE/EHS training or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience with the Swiss context and SUVA is a real asset.
• Audit experience appreciated.
• Fluent in French and English.
• German: a plus.
