About the job
Through prevention and health promotion work, the Health and Prevention Service of the City of Lausanne aims to foster the harmonious development of schoolchildren, contribute to their well-being, and encourage inclusion. To ensure a coherent, preventive, and up-to-date approach to health issues within the preschool domain of the Réseau-L, we are seeking an experienced nurse.
Main Mission(s)
Provide expertise and competence in health to educational teams
Organise staff training follow-up by identifying needs related to regulatory obligations
Be responsible for the inventory and supply of pharmacies and first aid equipment in each institution
Manage and update health, safety, and hygiene documentation
Act as the support coordinator during epidemics in collaboration with the head of service and the responsible nurse
Profile
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
Experience in community health prevention and promotion
5 years of experience as a nurse in the childhood sector
Experience in leadership, coordination projects, interdisciplinary work, and administrative management
Knowledge of a foreign language is an asset
Special Conditions
Clean criminal records (ordinary and special)
Holidays must be taken during school holiday periods
