Construction Cost Estimator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Calculation of construction projects and determination of construction costs
Preparation and review of quotations, cost estimates, and tender documents
Analysis of plans, specifications, and technical documentation
Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor offers
Calculation of material, personnel, machinery, and external service costs
Support in the development of economical and competitive offers
Collaboration with site management, project management, procurement, and external partners
Maintenance of calculation bases and ongoing optimisation of calculation processes

Requirements

Completed training in construction, for example as a draughtsperson, site manager, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in construction cost estimation, site management, or technical construction field is an advantage
Good knowledge of cost calculation and reading construction plans
Understanding of construction processes, materials, and technical construction contexts
Confident use of MS Office and experience with calculation software is an advantage
Analytical, structured, and precise working style
Affinity for numbers, negotiation skills, and economic thinking
Independence, teamwork, and a high sense of responsibility
