Job Description
Are you passionate about IT and enjoy assisting, advising and training users? Do you want to actively contribute to the smooth running of IT tools?
We are looking for an IT support specialist to join our dynamic team of 4 people.
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma or a higher education degree in IT, you have a strong team spirit and a keen sense of user service? Join us to ensure data quality and security and contribute to the success of our service!
Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance on business applications
- Analyse and optimise existing systems
- Participate in testing and configuration phases
- Monitor, analyse and improve secure data exchanges between systems
- Ensure access management, confidentiality and data quality
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders
- This position is part of a continuous improvement and service reliability approach.

Qualifications
- Education in IT (Higher Education, Bachelor or equivalent qualification)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the IT field is an asset.
- Good knowledge desired of the following technologies:
- ESB
- SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL
- Webservices
- XML
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical skills, rigour and organisational sense
- Ability to work in a team and interact with different interlocutors
