SPOP IT Applications Support Officer

We are looking for an IT support specialist to join our dynamic team of 4 people. 

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma or a higher education degree in IT, you have a strong team spirit and a keen sense of user service? Join us to ensure data quality and security and contribute to the success of our service!

• Provide support and assistance on business applications 
• Analyse and optimise existing systems 
• Participate in testing and configuration phases 
• Monitor, analyse and improve secure data exchanges between systems 
• Ensure access management, confidentiality and data quality 
• Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders 
• This position is part of a continuous improvement and service reliability approach.

• Education in IT (Higher Education, Bachelor or equivalent qualification) 
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the IT field is an asset.
• Good knowledge desired of the following technologies: 
  • ESB
  • SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL
  • Webservices
  • XML
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Analytical skills, rigour and organisational sense 
• Ability to work in a team and interact with different interlocutors
