Your Tasks
- Proactively approaching customers so that even those waiting in the shop feel welcome
- Competent advice on all products and services – recognising and exceeding needs
- Presentation of devices and services according to marketing and touchpoint design specifications
- Contributing your own ideas from daily business to help shape the shop
- Checking new deliveries for quality, quantity and timing as well as preparing returns
- Receiving repaired devices, handing them over to customers and assisting with inventories
Your Profile
- Qualification EFZ or EBA in sales or service environment
- Swiss German and German at native level, English at least B2
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple and Android products
- Likeable appearance, communication skills and impeccable reputation
- Availability in the afternoons 14:00-18:00 on flexible days according to deployment planning
- Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a plus – beginners from retail or gastronomy are expressly welcome

We Offer
- 40% workload in fixed block hours from 14:00 to 18:00 – ideally combinable with studies, family or second job
- Temporary assignment over 12 months with prospect of extension and permanent employment with the client
