Nurse

We are looking for our, an international research laboratory and leader in its field, a Nurse (M/F):

Technical skills:

• Excellent command of primary nursing care and emergency situation management
• Ability to quickly assess clinical status, prioritise interventions and act effectively in critical contexts
• Up-to-date BLS or AFGSU certification
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and incident management in the workplace
• Contribution to prevention and continuous improvement actions
• Proficiency in medical and office IT tools

• Calmness and efficiency in emergency situations and under pressure
• Risk anticipation and proactive approach in care organisation
• Flexibility and adaptability to unforeseen events and changing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
• Team spirit and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Professional, clear and reassuring communication

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience in emergency care is highly appreciated

• Recognised nursing diploma required, equivalent
• Up-to-date BLS or AFGSU certification
• Additional training in prevention, occupational health or emergencies is an asset
• English: Intermediate (B2, or even C1)

• Welcome, assess and guide people on health issues by providing appropriate advice
• Provide primary nursing care and manage emergency situations
• Coordinate referrals to emergency services when necessary
• Support employees during workplace accidents and trigger safety procedures
• Update electronic medical records
• Manage telephone calls and emails of the medical service according to current protocols
• Ensure management of medical equipment and stock
• Participate in workstation assessments and occupational risk prevention actions
• Contribute to collective prevention and health promotion actions
