Your Tasks

• You welcome patients at the counter and on the phone in a friendly and competent manner.
• You record patient, case, and insurance data correctly and completely.
• You process registrations as well as admissions and discharges and coordinate the associated administrative procedures.
• You obtain cost approvals, monitor them, and independently clarify special cases.
• You handle emails and respond to enquiries from patients as well as internal and external parties.
• You organise advance payments and process pending cases.
• You perform various administrative tasks such as list processing, mail handling, or preparation of inpatient admissions.
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth information flow.

Your Profile

• You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in healthcare or patient administration.
• You work reliably, precisely, and keep an overview even in a lively environment.
• You communicate in a friendly, service-oriented, and target-group appropriate manner.
• You are confident with common Office applications and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
• You think ahead, act solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
