Building Services Planner HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Responsibilities:
- Supporting project management in the planning and implementation of heating and cooling projects
- Preparation of schematics and tenders for project implementation
- Performing calculations and creating technical documentation
- Assisting with material procurement and coordinating suppliers
- Monitoring construction sites and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Documenting and reporting project progress
- Supporting billing and post-calculation of projects
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner specialising in heating/cooling or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in building services or a related field is an advantage
- Good knowledge in preparing schematics and tenders
- Experience in performing various calculations, e.g. heat demand calculations, hydraulic calculations, etc.
- Confident use of common planning software, e.g. AutoCAD, Revit
- Teamwork skills, reliability and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
