Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and provide technical support for hardware and software solutions in customer environments.
Support 2nd- and 3rd-level support with demanding technical issues and sustainably resolve complex faults.
Advise customers on the design and implementation of individual IT system solutions and develop suitable technical approaches.
Participate in IT projects, conduct user training, and share technical knowledge within the team and with customers.
Test, evaluate, and document partner products and internal software solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or a degree in the ICT field.
Professional experience in system technology and IT support.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products, ideally complemented by experience with Microsoft 365.
Practical experience in 2nd- and 3rd-level support as well as confidence in direct customer contact.
Very good German skills at least at C2 level and good English skills; French skills are an advantage. Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter.
