Job Description
The Internal Finance Unit of the General Directorate of Institutional Affairs and Municipalities ensures the management, steering and financial monitoring of all departments.
It provides the financial expertise necessary for the responsible management of resources.

Responsibilities
- Support the head and deputy of internal finance in the accounting management of the General Directorate of Institutional Affairs and Municipalities
- Process invoices and allowances to be paid
- Prepare billing and payments for inter-municipal equalisation as well as other billings of the general directorate

Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in an accounting department
- Proficiency in common IT tools (especially Excel)
- Knowledge and experience of accounting software (SAP is a plus)
- Organisational skills, rigour, team spirit and collaboration, discretion
