Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of central Microsoft platforms, middleware, and backend services in productive environments
Responsibility for deployments, updates, patching, and technical changes as well as ensuring stable operations
Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
Participation in the modernisation and optimisation of existing infrastructure and platform services
Execution of release and problem management as well as maintenance of operational documentation and technical processes
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with relevant practical experience; additional further training or certifications are advantageous
Several years of experience in operating and engineering Microsoft-based infrastructures and shared services
Good knowledge of PowerShell, scripting, and automation as well as interest in modern technologies
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, independent working style, and enjoyment of customer contact
Very good German skills and good English skills as well as willingness for occasional on-call and on-site assignments
