Your Tasks and Perspectives

General administrative tasks as well as planning of outpatient consultation and therapy appointments in close cooperation with nursing staff and doctors
Contact person for patients at the counter, by phone and electronically
Business card of our clinic and responsible for the correct triage of our patients
Contact person for enquiries from referrers as well as from preceding and subsequent institutions
Active and service-oriented member of our scheduling team

Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Medical Secretary or commercial training with a medical background
Flexible and resilient personality with empathy for patients in difficult life situations
Independent working style, quick comprehension as well as a sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Networked thinking, openness and willingness to learn in the face of change processes
Excellent MS Office skills and aptitude in handling electronic work tools, experience with the clinical information system KISIM is an advantage
