ECM Solution Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner offers WLAN and Network Access Control solutions and software development. The strengths of our ROCKEN partner lie in the evaluation, planning, implementation as well as operation and support of WLAN and Network Access Control solutions.
Role:
Digital information only unfolds its value through intelligent processes. We are looking for a personality who develops modern enterprise content platforms and accompanies companies on the path to fully digital information management.
Responsibilities:
Design and further development of modern enterprise content management and document management solutions
Analysis of complex business processes and development of digital end-to-end workflows
Implementation of digitalisation and automation projects
Integration of ECM platforms into ERP, CRM and cloud landscapes
Introduction of modern technologies such as Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), AI-supported document analysis and workflow automation
Optimisation of information flows as well as governance and compliance processes
Consulting internal departments regarding efficient document and information strategies
Participation in architecture, migration and innovation projects
Creation of technical concepts and best practices
Qualifications:
Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study
Several years of experience in enterprise content management or document management
Knowledge of modern ECM or DMS platforms
Experience with workflow management, document processes and interfaces
Analytical thinking and conceptual strength
Enthusiasm for digitalisation, automation and modern cloud technologies
