Team Leader Export & Logistics Processing (m/f/d)

Role:
As Team Leader Logistics Processing, you are responsible for leading your team, ensuring smooth national and international shipping processing, and driving the further development of internal logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
You lead your team in the shipping area, organise personnel deployment, and support the individual development of your employees.
You keep an eye on goods preparation and delivery processes and ensure timely processing.
You coordinate transports domestically and abroad with external service providers and manage packaging and export processing.
You identify improvement potentials and drive the modernisation and digitalisation of existing logistics processes.
You contribute to cross-departmental projects and evaluate relevant operational key figures.
You ensure quality and occupational safety, analyse deviations, and implement appropriate improvement measures.
Qualifications:
You have already led teams and supported employees and have many years of experience in shipping and logistics.
You have a professional qualification from a technical, logistical, or production-related environment; additional qualifications as a logistics or process specialist are welcome.
You have very good MS Office skills and solid experience with SAP systems; additional knowledge in specialised SAP applications is an advantage.
You can express yourself fluently in German and English.
