Specialist for Non-Destructive Testing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Planning, organisation and monitoring of leakage rate tests (tightness tests) on valves and BE transport containers

• Creation and maintenance of repeat test programmes

• Planning and organisation of manual tests with various testing methods

• Execution of manual tests (e.g. PT, VT) as well as function tests on safety valves

• Planning of plant inspections

• Documentation and evaluation of results as well as preparation of reports

• Collaboration in the IH coordination group
  

Your profile:

• Technician training or natural/scientific or engineering degree

• Several years of professional experience, primarily in the field of NDT

• Team-oriented working style as well as willingness to learn

• Precise and responsible working

• Very good German skills (spoken and written)

• Good English skills

• Very good development and further training opportunities within the company

• Good to very good knowledge in the use of office software and databases is an advantage

• Qualification or certificates of level 2 according to ISO 9712 for PT, MT, VT, LT are an advantage

• You are willing to work at the KKL plant and to handle the topic of radiation protection responsibly. This also includes accepting a certain dose exposure within clearly defined limits
