This is what you can achieve.

• You are responsible for the Usage and Acquisition team in the Greater Zurich area including the main station, city stations and Europaallee, combining economic target achievement with a high quality of stay.
• With your team of around 9 people, you acquire new tenants and develop an attractive tenant mix in the portfolio you manage.
• You lead and develop your team both strategically and operationally, creating clarity about goals, priorities and results.
• You build and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners on an equal footing.
• You carefully prepare and conduct demanding negotiations to secure suitable partners for the properties. You represent property management in project steering committees within the framework of major projects.
• You collaborate on overarching conceptual, strategic or product-specific initiatives and take on leadership when required.

• Leadership strength and enjoyment in developing employees with clear and appreciative communication.
• Strong negotiation skills and confident stakeholder management in demanding real estate environments.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
• You bring several years of experience in the real estate sector or in the commercial marketing or usage of retail, gastronomy and office spaces and have successfully managed complex projects.
• University degree (Uni/FH) in business administration, real estate management or related fields, complemented by several years of leadership experience in a comparable role.
• We require negotiation-level German skills (C2) as well as good French and/or English skills (B1).
