What you accomplish

• You lead the integration of the new central kitchen by coordinating business teams, logistics, and IT partners to ensure a smooth, coherent project aligned with strategic objectives.
• You translate field needs into concrete solutions. You analyse processes, clarify expectations, and build simple, effective information flows adapted to operational realities.
• You orchestrate the digitalisation of the production chain. You connect tools, secure data exchanges, and facilitate the transition to more efficient and reliable working methods.
• You facilitate exchanges between stakeholders. You build bridges between teams, mobilise field experts, and advance decisions in a spirit of cooperation.
• You drive change with energy. You explain, reassure, and engage colleagues at every stage to turn challenges into opportunities for progress.
• You secure the deployment of solutions. You anticipate risks, manage tests, and ensure that each new step delivers tangible value to users and internal clients.

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/VET, University of Applied Sciences, ES)
• Specialisation: with certification in project management methodology and change management.
• Professional experience: 2-5 years of project management experience with expertise in business integration.
• Project management and overall vision: You lead complex projects methodically. You stay on course even when multiple teams progress in parallel and turn objectives into visible and measurable results.
• Cross-functional leadership and influence: You bring together diverse profiles around a common direction. You communicate with impact, facilitate exchanges, and gain buy-in through your credibility and sense of teamwork.
• Understanding of industrial environments: You understand the challenges of production, logistics, and supply chain. You quickly identify critical points and propose pragmatic solutions that create value.
• Available for regular travel between Geneva and Ecublens as part of the project.
