Cook / Chef – L’Alambic, Porrentruy

To complete its kitchen team, L’Alambic Restaurant in Porrentruy is looking for a cook or chef available by 1 October 2026 at the latest.

We place great importance on the quality of our dishes, and customer satisfaction is our priority. We are looking for someone who shares these values and enjoys working as part of a team in a friendly atmosphere.

Your tasks

• Participate in the setup and preparation of dishes
• Ensure the smooth running of service with the team
• Ensure the quality and consistency of preparations
• Respect hygiene rules in the kitchen

Your profile

• Cook’s CFC or equivalent diploma mandatory
• At least 5 years of professional kitchen experience required
• Autonomy, organisation and team spirit
• Passion for homemade cooking and concern for customer satisfaction
