Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Mandated by one of our clients active in the industrial sector in Valais, we are looking for:

• Technical training (mechanic, electrician, mechatronics technician) or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of German and/or English mandatory
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in team management and organisation of interventions
• Good command of maintenance tools (such as SAP PM)
• Comfortable with performance indicators and optimisation
• Structured, responsive and solution-oriented person

• Complete management of maintenance of installations and equipment
• Organisation and supervision of interventions and repairs
• Supervision and development of a technical team
• Management of spare parts and logistics flows
• Cost monitoring and implementation of concrete optimisations
• Participation in continuous improvement and modernisation projects
• Ensuring safety, compliance and performance of installations
