What you can shape

• You lead a committed team of around 20 employees including apprentices and promote sustainable growth with foresight, team spirit, and technical expertise.

• You acquire new contracts, personally look after your customers, and plan as well as implement electrical installations.

• You support your team professionally, methodically, and socially and actively accompany the training of apprentices as a role model.

• You monitor business results and project progress and initiate effective measures as needed.

• You keep your knowledge up to date in future-oriented areas such as e-mobility and photovoltaics through participation in internal training sessions.

• You utilise your regional network, identify market potentials, and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the business.

What sets you apart·

• You have completed basic training in the field of electrical installation with a Federal VET Diploma and have passed the master craftsman examination – or are on the way to doing so.

• You bring solid experience with high and low voltage installations as well as sound knowledge of standards and regulations.

• You are a motivating personality, take responsibility, and enjoy passing on your know-how.

• You promote a healthy team culture, handle your resources carefully, and support others in doing so.

• You are rooted in the region and are happy to engage beyond professional matters.
