Senior System Engineer - Technical Lead (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the technical leadership of a team and shape the future of system engineering processes. You are responsible for planning, developing, and implementing systems and ensuring they operate efficiently and securely. With your professional level of experience, you bring the necessary expertise to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions. You are ready to contribute your skills and advance your career as a Team Lead System Engineer.
Responsibilities:
You actively operate and further develop the ICT infrastructure – with a strong hands-on approach.
You administer Microsoft, VMware, and M365 environments including servers, clients, and services.
You analyse complex faults and ensure reliable IT operations.
You implement technical concepts and participate in infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
You ensure security, patch standards, and compliance requirements and support internal departments at the 2nd level.
Qualifications:
You have at least five years of experience in system engineering or IT operations.
You possess solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and VMware.
You are familiar with client/server rollouts, software distribution, patch management, and administration.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and approach complex technical issues analytically.
You communicate confidently in German, are service-oriented, and willing to perform on-call duties.
