The Agile Release Train Capacity Control develops, operates and trains products for the automation of operational railway operations and you thus make a tangible contribution to the reliable control of over 10,000 trains daily in Switzerland. In an interdisciplinary environment with ten agile teams, you shape the product range together with the business from conception to operation and advance highly available and railway-critical systems in a future-oriented manner without affecting ongoing operations. This is what you can achieve.

• As Technical User Support in Second Level Support, you ensure the stable and effective operation of RCS-D and represent the concerns of users in IT.
• You analyse faults and data errors in a structured manner and derive appropriate measures to keep operations reliable.
• You handle reported incidents from initial assessment through effective workarounds to sustainable resolution.
• You carefully maintain master data and ensure quality and consistency for operations.
• For efficient support services, you build suitable tools and operate transparent tracking of error reports and incidents.
• You actively participate in tests and preparation of new releases as well as innovations in the RCS-D environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

• You combine a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness with strong customer and service orientation.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as independent action help you quickly understand complex issues and tackle effective solutions.
• As a user of RCS Dispo, for example as a dispatcher or ZVL, you bring practical experience or the willingness to acquire the necessary expertise.
• Experience in SQL database queries and the willingness to familiarise yourself with the complex world of IT systems in railway operations.
• You have very good command of German in spoken and written form, ideally at level C1, and knowledge of another national language is desirable, and you are interested in a multi-year collaboration.
