ICT Support Specialist - Windows & Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF88,000 - 100,000Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operational ICT operations as well as support of IT workstations, Windows and Microsoft 365
Handling support requests, faults and application issues via the ticketing system
Operation and monitoring of the ICT infrastructure including network, servers, peripherals and telephony
Participation in migrations, rollouts, IT projects and digital transformation
Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions, inventory and operational records
Qualifications:
Training as an ICT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with several years of ICT support experience
Sound knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, IT workstations, peripherals and standard applications
Knowledge of telephony, VoIP, mobile devices, network, server architecture and permission management
Experience with rollouts and migrations as well as interest in multimedia and technical ICT infrastructure
Independent, service-oriented working style with strong communication and team skills
