What is my role?

• Independent management and advice of own client base from A to Z

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for companies and private individuals

• Conducting accounting and financial analyses

• Advice on tax and business management issues

• Support of management in strategic and operational matters

• Gradual assumption of leadership responsibilities and staff management

• Participation in the further development of the firm and optimisation of internal processes

• Representation of management in their absence

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed further training as a trustee with a federal diploma or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a Swiss fiduciary or auditing company

• Sound knowledge of Swiss tax law and Swiss accounting standards

• Leadership experience or strong interest in taking on leadership tasks

• Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic understanding

• Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards clients

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
