Technical Sales Consultant Doors (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of wood and construction supplies. The company offers products and services for professional customers as well as private customers and combines trade, processing and customised customer solutions. Expertise, quality and reliable order processing are central. You can expect a practice-oriented working environment with short decision-making paths, personal responsibility and a collegial team.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will support customers around door solutions and accompany individual enquiries through to implementation. In doing so, you combine technical expertise with independent management of the sales area.
Responsibilities:
Record customer concerns and clarify technical requirements for further processing
Assess different door variants based on project specifications
Coordinate product-specific details with manufacturers and internal departments
Track appointments, specifications and open points throughout the project process
Evaluate sales cases economically and bring them to completion
Consider requirements from standards and technical specifications
Make appropriate clarifications with the responsible specialist departments for special solutions
Qualifications:
Training as a carpenter EFZ or joiner EFZ
Further training in the technical or project-related field is an advantage
Professional experience with doors, interior fittings or comparable projects
High technical understanding and pronounced accuracy
Confident German; French skills are welcome
Independent working style with high personal responsibility
Enjoyment of digital sales and planning systems
