Construction Manager: Building Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a challenge as a construction manager in building construction, where you can independently lead demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects. In this role, you take responsibility and lead construction projects with quality, passion and team spirit. You are responsible for the successful realisation of construction projects and work committedly on their implementation. You are an important part of a dedicated engineering team and contribute to the successful execution of demanding construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects in building construction
- In this role, you coordinate the involved clients, planners, contractors and other stakeholders
- As a construction manager, you are responsible for compliance with costs, deadlines, quality and targeted project execution
- You prepare tenders and participate in awarding contracts, execution controls and billing
- In this role, you plan condition surveys and structural investigations on existing buildings
- You accompany the projects from planning to commissioning
Qualifications:
- You have training as a construction manager in building construction, HF technician, civil engineer FH/ETH, architect FH or a comparable qualification
- You bring professional experience in managing new build, conversion or renovation projects
- You have experience in tendering, awarding and construction management
- Ideally, you have experience with conversions, renovations and existing buildings
- You have a good understanding of structural, construction-technical and economic contexts
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
