Role:

Responsibilities:
In this responsible role, you actively shape the financial organisation and lead the accounting staff both professionally and personally.
You are responsible for financial reporting and oversee all closing processes from ongoing bookkeeping to consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR.
With forward-looking liquidity planning, you ensure financial stability while simultaneously ensuring the quality and timeliness of invoicing.
You question existing processes, optimise workflows and control systems, and continuously develop accounting in terms of digitalisation and internal control systems.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education as well as advanced professional training in accounting or fiduciary services form your professional foundation.
You bring several years of experience in finance or fiduciary environments and have a strong understanding of complex accounting processes.
You convince through initiative, resilience, and an independent working style and approach your tasks efficiently and goal-oriented.
You have confident German language skills.
